Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", Kundalini Yoga aims to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a being to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others. Beginning with focus on Pranayama, or breath work to promote deep relaxation, Kundalini Yoga works to clear negativity of the subconscious mind and inspire healthy lifestyle choices.

Thursdays--6:15-7:45pm-- (Every first Thursday includes gong relaxation)

Fridays--6:15-7:45pm--Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by candlelight

Saturdays--11am-12:30pm

Sundays--9am-10:30am (Every first Sunday includes gong relaxation.)

Note: All ability levels are welcome.  Only 9 students accepted per class. Do RSVP. Classes are $15.  Class card discounts  and membership available.

Kundalini Yoga by Candlelight

Fridays: 6:15p- 7:45p

 

A mellow, yet subtly powerful Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class by candlelight. Revitalize the mind and  body by increasing circulation to the organs and calm the nervous system through breathing exercises. Come meditate for peace within and without.  Learn stress relieving breathing techniques and how to transform fear, grief, anger and depression into wisdom, creative and healing energy. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation on the Full Moon

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes on the full moon take place even on days that the studio is normally closed.  That's how much we believe in harnessing the energy of the full moon!  During the Full Moon there is a pressure on the human glandular system.  This pressure can make us emotional and reactionary, or this glandular pressure can be used to accelerate healing on all levels.  It is the latter that we want to harness. Full moon energy amplifies both positive and the negative thoughts and behaviors.  We want to accentuate the positive!  What better way than to practice a kriya (series of exercises) or meditation that willgive you new awareness , the authority to make the right choices to conquer the ugliness of life and that will make you peaceful and secure? Or, a kriya for stress relief, creativity, and inspired eloquence?  What about one that will bring you clarity and reality?   See class schedule above for times.  Mondays and Tuesdays would be 6:15 to 7:45pm.   $15
