Yoga For You
Learn about the power to expand your spiritual awareness through guided pranayama - breathwork - and kriya -exercises-. Release attachments to negative thought patterns and heal emotional wounds. Learn more about the practice of yoga, relaxation and healthy life style choices. Experience deep relaxation and alignment through meditation on your higher self. Go at your own pace but challenge yourself.
Classes are $15. Yoga mats are available for rent and sale. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably white/off-white, and a head covering.
