Friday August 19--Totally balance yourself with a kriya (series of exercises) that will leave you radiant as you stimulate the elimination of toxins and balance your brain--addressing fatigue and sluggishness. Then: A Meditation on Change.
Saturday August 20--Elevate your mind, lift your spirit. Work your body through movement, breath, mantra and meditation.
Sunday August 21--This class will include a special meditation to Balance Red & White Blood Cells and Open the 4th 5th and 6th Chakras.
