A seasonal Spring detox cleanse can reset your body and mind, after a winter of comfort foods, much less activity, and noxious every day stress. Today’s fast-paced world bombards us with frequent, ongoing stress that make it difficult for the body and mind to do what they were designed to do. Kundalini Yoga and meditation rebuilds, rejuvenates and nourishes the soul.
During the month of March the focus is on Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (series of exercises) and Meditations that serve to cleanse the body and mind while uplifting the spirit.

Saturday-- 11 am to 12:30 pm: Full Moon Class-- Kriya for Tolerance; Meditation to Experience the Expanded Self
Sunday, 9 to 10:30 am: First Sunday--Extended Gong Relaxation; Kriya for Inner Vitality and Stamina; Meditation for Stress Relief and Clearing Emotions of the Past
