Yes! Yoga is for you, too, lovely senior person! Kundalini Yoga easily adapts to your individual fitness level and abilities. In this class you will experience gentle movements that will make you feel uplifted physically, mentally and spiritually. Each class includes breath work (pranayama), a Kriya (series of exercises), and a short meditation.
